National Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards for commercial organizations

Who can be eligible to prepare for the Diploma in International and National Accouting Standards for Commercial Organizations?

• accountants and/or auditors holding relevant academic degrees and having minimum of 2 years of practical experience proved by official letter from employer; OR 
• accountants and/or auditors having minimum of 3 years of practical experience proved by official letter from employer.

• Understanding of international regulation structure in field of financial reporting.
• Application of appropriate international financial accounting and financial reporting standards in real life situations.
• Preparation of financial reporting in accordance with IFRS, including interpretations made by “International Financial Reporting Interpretations Committee”.
• Preparation of financial reporting of groups, which include subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures.
• To acquire knowledge of applying practically the National Accounting Standards of the Republic of Azerbaijan, which is currently in force based on International Financial Reporting Standards.

Candidates who succeed in the certifying written examination paper of 3 (three) hours and 15 minutes at the end of the course will be awarded an internationally recognized diploma. In order to provide transparency and professional approach, based on partnership agreement with GRBS^®, assessment of the exam results will be carried out by The Chamber of Auditors of Republic of Azerbaijan, the member of the International Federation of Accountants.

The fee beside preparatory course also includes the full package of unique study materials translated by GRBS^® under license agreement with the accredited by ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) publisher - BPP Learning Media and registration to the official exam.

• GRBS^® offers the following discounts for organizations/companies wishing this training for more than 1 of their employees: 4% for 2,  6% for 3,  8% for 4,  10% for 5-10, and more participants (for more details).
• GRBS^® grants incremental 5% discount for each subsequent course attended.
• In addition, GRBS^® offers extra discounts for people entitled to special benefits granted by The Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan (for more details). 

We strongly believe that you have the best chances of passing exams if you follow our recommendations of enrolment in Course and meet the two following conditions:

• Attend both Tuition and Revision courses or Integrated Course without absences
• Get at least 50% on both Progress Tests

If all above two conditions are met BUT the Client still fails exam, GRBS^® will allow him/her to re-sit the course FREE OF CHARGE.

If the Client fails exam without meeting all above conditions, then GRBS^® will grant him/her a 50% discount for a re-sit course.

• If your friend and/or colleague enrols in preparatory course based on your recommendation, you both get 38 AZN subtracted from the course fee.
• You may recommend not more that two friends and/or colleagues.
• Only individual clients (the ones who sponsor the participation in the course on their own) are eligible to apply for the Programme.

• The seats are limited. Registration is undertaken on first-come-first-served basis; early application and early registration are advised.

The Client must notify in writing to International Qualifications department's representatives of GRBS^® if he/she wishes to cancel the registration, change course dates or switch from one course to another. The notifications must be done at least 3 (three) business days in advance before the course starts in order to avoid paying cancellation fee. Cancellation fee equals 30% of the course fee.
